September 2011 brings the launch of our new Sponsorship Program. The program gives individuals, families and businesses in our community a different option to support the Foundation and its mission to help the Morgan Hill Police Department keep our community safe by providing funds for tools and training not covered in the City budget.
Any sponsorship request received September 2011 through December 2012 will be designated as a "Founding Sponsor" in perpetuity as long as the minimum renewal sponsorship outlined below is received each year. Renewal sponsorships will also be accrued year after year to allow sponsors to achieve higher levels and receive additional incentives.
In addition to the Sponsorship levels outlined below (and on the attached Sponsorship Application), sponsors will receive the following benefits:
-Advance notice of events
-Annual sponsors-only BBQ with members of the MHPD
-Acknowledgement in quarterly newsletter, CLEF website and Facebook page
-Quarterly raffle for Family Level ($250) and higher
-Businesses will be profiled in our quarterly newsletter and on the CLEF website for Officer Level ($500)sponsorships & above
-Businesses with a sponsorship of Officer level and above will be added to our event banner (logo required)
Sponsors can opt out of acknowledgements and incentives on the Sponsorship Application form should they wish. Applications AND payment must be received to process Sponsorship requests. Payment can be mailed (checks only) with application to the PO Box on the application form (also on the bottom of this page) or processed securely via PayPal below. PayPal transactions will show on your bank/credit card statement as PAYPAL*CLEF. We will hold your sponsorship request until both application and payment are received.
Quarterly raffle drawings will be held in March, June, September and December at the CLEF monthly board meetings. Raffle prizes include a ride along with Pax, a demo on the shooting range with MHPD officers and lunch with the Chief.
